Weekly rentals are normally from Saturday to Saturday, exceptions can be made.
Group rentals:  Towels will be changed every 3-4 days
Every 3 -4 days the common facilities like kitchen, dining room and sitting room will be cleaned. (but no dishes will be cleaned nor cleaned up)

Payment schedule

30 % when making the reservation
Remaining balance must be paid 59 days before arrival.

Deposit money

€ 1200.00 is due at least 1 week before arrival and will be released entirely 7 days after departure, in case of no damage.

Final cleaning fee

€ 600.00 and payable at arrival.
